The General Manager of the company is responsible for the continuous and smooth implementation of the Quality Management System. The Quality Management Officer is authorized to coordinate, implement, monitor and maintain the Quality Management System to conform to the selected standards and specifications. Finally, the Quality Management Officer has the final responsibility for accepting or rejecting the services provided, depending on the appearance or elimination of systematic quality failures.
The objectives around which there is a continuous and systematic effort in the company include:

For the monitoring of the Objective Quality Objectives, Quality Indicators are defined which are monitored by the Quality Management Officer and presented at regular intervals to the company's Management, as part of the Quality Management System Reviews.
